Most updates re #COVID19 variants (in Canada and elsewhere) fail to reiterate that any symptoms could be signs of COVID (and it can be asymptomatic), and even “mild” seeming symptoms can lead to long-COVID.

Here’s responsible policy & practice: 
•Mask indoors (shops, school, work, play)
•HEPA & ventilation
•Get an autumn booster vaccine
•test & support ppl to isolate

Mitigation measures aren’t a hardship. Failure to communicate health risks (and leaving ppl vulnerable) is irresponsible.
