So, the Optus CEO has resigned. It's what the baying hordes undoubtedly wanted: but, unless there was something a little more sinister in the outage, it seems rather overblown.
She should have resigned for the data breach, in my opinion. That was a clear failure of the company's relationship with its customers. But for the system falling over one morning? That'll just make us more risk-averse and less keen to keep improving and updating our technology. #auspol
