If the Far Right thought the riots would help the recognition of their 'cause'/views, they may have been right, but if they thought people would take their side, they may be disappointed.
The riots & attacks have left the majority of the country worried about the Far Right (and extremism more generally).
While it does suggest Far Right actions are abhorrent to most, whether the underlying views/prejudice(s) have more appeal is a different matter.
