I had a lot of pressure to learn how to deal with that pain when I was younger. Because I'd probably get hit if I did something weird which hurt even more.
So after while I just got used to being in pain all day trying to be a normal person around people.
Which then lead to me NEVER allowing myself to tick even in private and being in immense pain and not knowing why.
And ended up losing my mind and taking drugs which helped.
