#Honda has really dropped the ball on my car repair. After I waited three hours before they even looked at my car yesterday, they sent me home in a loaner car. No estimate of the cost of the repair, no word on whether it was covered by warranty.
This morning I texted my "helper," asking when I might expect the car to be done, what the cost might be, and if any of it was covered by the warranty. No answer. So an hour later I called, and was told the "helper" was not at his desk, but I would get a callback with the information. That was an hour ago. I am not a happy camper.
