There's endless articles of corporate media over the last couple of years to navigate, generally covering the wording of all likely quick searches. The agenda is to make this issue either 'nothing to worry about' at worst, or completely indecipherable, at best, replacing medical science with 'the science' (see covid).
After considerable time looking into this subject I believe the hateful 8 seed oils should be COMPLETELY avoided.
