The Manuka Resources chairman yesterday started their AGM with a land acknowledgement to the Gadigal people on what is now called Sydney.
While I sat next to our friends from Ngāti Ruanui who travelled from Taranaki to demand their land is respected.
My irony meter exploded.
Then we proceeded shut down their meeting together. ✊🏽
