"content": "there's an argument for \"power supplies break more often\" but in my experience that's mostly a thing that happens with cost optimised designs. if I'm making something at qty\u003c100 I'm not going to be penny-pinching my regulator and caps. I'll over-design it with huge tolerance margins because my time and sanity is worth far more than the small amount of money I'd save. if my thing needs 1Apk, I'm usually designing for 2A at least.",
