We can have laws in anarchistic societies/contexts. But as opposed to laws in a statist/coercive context, they should be fewer, simpler and clearly declared to entities that enter where they are in force/enforced (physical or digital spaces). As opposed to under statism where there is no remedy to disagree with standing law/statutes other than emigration (or costly constitutional court action), the law in force should be explicitly agreed to by the parties entering the territories/spaces where they exist/are in force, plus the parties should also declare whether they understand the laws in force, ie. Signifying not just consent, but *informed* consent.
