I'm sorry. I'm having a hard time believing that what ended the diversity of nautiloids, was "seals showed up and ate them all."

The theory makes sense. But, for such remarkable survivors it seems like something is missing. None of the fish, none of the eurypterids could do this? It had to be ... seals? Sea dogs?
