Brand Protection types keep commenting that this is to avoid playing wack-a-mole but brands are filing dozens of repeat lawsuits over and over again just like they complain that they have to file takedowns over and over again. What's the difference? Oh, they get to shake down small businesses for thousands of dollars in the former and the latter merely eliminates the infringement, for free, with a click. Hmm 🧐
