I did some old school LRPT reception on VHF this morning from Meteor M2-3. 15 dB peak thanks to its badly-deployed antenna.

This is all visible channels, no infrared at all, but the channels will change for winter mode soon to include an infrared option. On L-band you'd get all 6 channels all the time.
