Best thing about Apple's new “transcripts for podcasts” initiative is that they are also allowing existing transcripts to be linked in the RSS feed. I wanted this for years.

I hope they will also support multiple speakers but I am not holding my breath on this one.

But what is exactly the specification? Apple talks about a “Github repository" here but does not link to anything. Does anybody know which repo they are refering to?
