I'm glad #Reddit is being a d*ck, thanks to simple equation, that many other tech companies are not protected from (maybe with a few exceptions)
Creating bad company decisions = less users = migraition = competition stronger = worse condition of your company.
In Reddit's case in particular, it's good because, people have opporunity to switch to open-source alternivtives, that (hopefully) don't sell their data, and don't spy on them.
So less people are gonna be exploited, people seem to migrate to lemmy (which also supports fediverse protocol).
