my irritation with fediverse techbros seems to be nearing my irritation with rust techbros which means I'll probably start working on the fedi shit again soon.

I just want a performant customizable fediverse software* that isn't tied to a techbro

* (is this just #GoToSocial? Should I learn Go and see if contributing there will yield the sort of ideal software I want? Is that the software I truly want?)
