I’m also in a northern climate so it can get cold. House is roughly the same size, around 1200 sq ft. Modular build, about10 years old, so the insulation is pretty good.
I’m planning on running an inline fan, beneath the house in the crawl space, and tie into the existing ducts in such a way that IF it drops too far, the main furnace can also kick in.
