It makes no logical sense much less legal sense. District judges created by Congress to act as corporate whores get to decide federal policy and now international policy -- WITHOUT the ability to even appeal their "TRO" regardless of the underlying case merits or even outcome.
It's pretty clear the government needs to fix it or the people will as if you can pressure one of these judges with that much power any criminal enterprise has a great opportunity.
