If there's one task you'd think behavioral ad tracking would easily handle, it would be "show me ads in my own language on a site I read all the time even if I happen to be in another country." And yet Google thinks my being in Vilnius (I moderated a panel at the Fintech Day conference here) means I am now fluent in Lithuanian.
