So I went and found a datasheet. It's a quad-core ARM Cortex A9 running at 1ghz, with 1 gigabyte of RAM.
It's got SATA and PCIe and ethernet, USB, it can decode H.264 in hardware... this is a pretty generic SBC.
The board was designed in 2012, but this is a 2015 revision of it.
