End of consciousness I think is almost 100% likely as our brain stops working. End of existence, well, depends on how you look at it. Our atoms don't disappear, they go around the universe. For me it's not the end of existence. It's like a lit candle lighting a candle. The fire of the newly lit candle is not the same as that of the already lit candle but they are connected.
