They are services users, and I'm not saying that negatively but as a simple fact, as long as the service they are using is working as easily and conveniently as they want it to, they won't move. The situation may seem similar, but the users population is not, and that's where the logic of "hey, if they see the alternatives, they'll escape Meta's grasp" is flawed.
