There are a lot of problems with our healthcare system. Mostly having to do with it being, and having been, starved of funding by successive neoliberal governments of both major parties. And now the push by the Conservatives to privatize anything they can get their hands on.
And we’re feeling it. ER wait times and closures put service out of reach for many. There have been stories of ridiculous wait times for ambulances.
