I hate having to spell this out, but even if you're Ace, Monogamous, rigorously safe with your partners, or just not sexually active, you are a walking risk profile. I hope I shouldn't have to explain V-coding (look it up if you're transfem and in a decent headspace) or the *extremely high risks* you face just by *seeing the inside of a jail cell* overnight as a result of, say, protesting, using a public restroom, using a driver's license that has a different sex marker than a cop wants to see, "cross-dressing", etc.

Let alone other factors that would lead to an assault.

I don't want to scare anyone more than you already are, but also, if I'm assaulted, I don't want to deal with the effects of HPV and Hep B on top of all of that. Just a couple less things to worry about and add to my trauma, and something relatively easy to address with your PCP.

I hate that we have to plan for this shit. I fucking hate it.
