My team suffers from poor gender diversity. We haven't been able to hire any non-men, so I've used my authority to introduce the team to Rust.

(DISCLAIMER: this is a shitpost - I picked Rust because the problem called for a systems programming language that is not garbage collected, isn't C/C++, and has a strong ecosystem around it)
