Is tallow + grill better than grapeseed oil + oven for 1.5 hours per coating? 'cause that's what I did initially. 4 ot 5 coatings in the oven, then every time after I cook on it I dry on the stove, apply a thin grapeseed oil coating, and heat on high until it starts smoking.
Still sticky af. Just got done rubbing vigorously with chainmail for a loooong time trying to get the stuck on eggs to go away. SO frustrating 😭
