Wait, they previously tried to merge 20 years ago and was blocked due to competition concerns and now they’re trying it again?
I don’t know how much market share they have but I’m not from the US, and I’ve heard of them, so I would imagine it’s a decent chunk. Seems like it should be blocked again.
