Even just $9 congestion pricing will do wonders: ~7% less traffic in Lower Manhattan, ~$1b revenue a year to fix trains & buses.

But the 75% "discount" off peak is insane, especially on weekends with free parking. That's $2.25 per car, while trains & buses are still $2.90 a ride. No discount. 🤷🏽‍♂️
