Do conservatives (and men in general) make so much fun of Lizzo because she tries to pretend she's attractive, or would they do the same to any fat woman?

I feel like the framing is "we shouldn't have to pretend she's attractive," which of course, no one should, but I'm not confident that they wouldn't do the exact same thing to a fat woman who claimed to be nothing but a good singer.
