Well...just got back from the grocery run and now I'm having a cup of coffee before I head out on the bike...it is sunny here for the first time in two weeks so I want to get out to enjoy that...got a bargain on boneless/skinless chicken breasts at 7.99 for 5 pounds so I'll be back to healthy eating this week...my BP is confusing the hell out of me with it being over 160 last night but only 117/65 this morning...maybe I'll just stop checking it at night...good morning!
