When the RNC was in cleveland two votes ago, they had these huge fences all over the place. They weren't needed that time, but it looked scary. The Cleveland PD learned crowd control (not used during the summer 2020 riots tho) and use the same type of technique now to kettle Browns fans so the city can save police OT money. It's horrible.
