.art was my first thought too. I always thought that since she blocks any Admin who doesn't 100% agree with her, that it is then a foregone conclusion that, given enough time, she would become the first self-defederated instance. But, now, she'll have to be the 2nd as someone else has wholly de-federated by blocking.
