I know that I am banging the same old drum here, but I don't think many hobbyists or small businesses have any realistic hope of carrying out Online Safety Act risk assessments in the manner prescribed by Ofcom.
Perhaps Ofcom will launch soon a tool to simplify this but, right now - today - it is not quite impenetrable, but it is certainly close to it.
