I think the feature is a political statement & should be removed. As you said Vitor they feel more welcomed well lets think about that why do they need a label built into a client to feel welcomed? Isn't everyones friendly onboarding of newcomers, the nice zaps people give to everyone as they make their first post introducing themselves, or the likes with hearts & hug emojis enough to feel welcomed?

It should be enough if people from the eastern hemisphere who don't speak english want to use a open source translation to get something across they can use that. What does pronouns do that translation does not of the willing? Can't we just stick with referring to people by their names & not have to cater to the political plague of labelization?
