Unrelated: I tried to log into my secondary Google account. It asked for my phone number to send me a verification code. I entered my phone number but didn't receive the text message. I tried again the next day, then it said, "Too many failed attempts. Try again in a few hours."
It's been like this for 2 days now. I still haven't received the text message.
