I think it’s pretty comprehensive, but you know man, I’ll take experience over anyones credentials. I don’t think Mike Menzter didn’t had any credentials but god damn that dude had some insights. I think all the theory is nice, but you know it’s a lot of fluff and the people who actually perform Olympic lifts have an infinitely stronger understanding of what actually works
