In simpler language, democrats are bound by the law, and ReTHUGliCONs are not. Biden could change this by taking g bold actions. I've advocated here for many of them, up to and including refusing to recognize the jurisdiction of SCOTUS on some things. All I hear from democrats is that you can't do that, and if you do, they will someday. Big deal.
