Yeah, that's sounds right. And allow a set amount or any amount to be configured by the sender. I don't use Nostr DM, but you could apply the same idea I guess. I'm not sure why you would DM someone and ask them to pay to view it though. I would actually think the sender should have to pay to reduce spam. But either way, options are cool.
