Studying psychological kinds does not mean rejecting the idea that some questions need to be answered by appeal to neurobiological kinds too (or exclusively).
(Strictly speaking, 'neuron', 'synapse', 'neurotransmitter' are not physical concepts either, but rather (neuro)biological ones).
