noStrudel allows toggling of various notification types. I don’t think it shows follow notifications. I like the level of resolution for notifications that noStrudel offers if they expand it to include the follow notifications and make it able to be toggled on or off like everything else.
Hopefully all NOSTR clients move in that direction if they have not yet already.
