Yet another thing I would never do much less pay for. But I'm probably a bit too fanatical compared to most people.
FWIW, I have and (by attrition) do manage WP sites for people, develop themes, etc, but only because the end users are PEBKAC, and it was the best I could do with their minimal budget. I still get shivers down my spine and cold sweats looking at my server logs because of that overly charitable decision. C'est la vie.
