Israel is back at it today, this time causing walkie talkies to explode following their exploding pager attack. People really need to understand that these are war crime and state acts of terrorism, completely outside the context of acceptable actions under international law. You don't know who is nearby or holding/using these devices, so you can't make any sort of assessment of collateral damage.
