This past year I started taking piano lessons at 28 years old. I studied piano for years when I was a kid but my boyfriend nudged me to start learning again. Learning or building on a new skill as an adult has made a huge impact over the last year, bringing me peace, helping me to work through the frustration that comes with learning something & building my confidence. What skill would you love to build this year?
