Pinky Floyd (npub1sat…8vnx) Unfortunately, that's reductive. I was arrested for providing food and water to the homeless and charged with a misdemeanor. I had the rare luck to have a judge that saw through the bullshit and not only dismissed the case but invalidated the arrest.
Furthermore, I have a black friend who is now incarcerated for being falsely implicated in a crime by a police officer for being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
