Have I already mentioned the absolute best online yoga guide. I started doing some easy going yoga back in Berlin in 2012 with her videos. She was one of the first ones to iffer free yoga online and I really started to like her philosophy which was not so much about the spirituality but to feel the easy and softnes in your body... Which totally resonates with me.
