For example, have you seen the toggles for app installation rules in secondary users offered in the Multiple users settings? Those are a standard feature available to device managers. F-Droid privileged extension bypasses those rules. Each app repository client is meant to only use a specific app repository, not multiple. Android tracks the source of apps based on the app which installs them and also enforces rules on app sources in the same way.
