Speaking of soup, we are having fava bean/fennel soup tonight, and I am roasting off some butternut to make Pumpkin, Saffron and Orange Soup for tomorrow. Roasted pumpkin/onions with orange zest, rose harissa, saffron, creme fraiche, topped with coriander leaves. It is from #Simple by #Ottolenghi .

As I am off dairy/cream atm, I add a parsnip for a creamy texture. Adding some white poppy seeds while cooking will also give it a lovely texture.
