I filed my first NLRB charge against Apple more than three years ago & there's still no outcome.
Among other issues, my subsequent charges apparently hung up the earlier charges.
I agreed to prune my claims to the core issues in order to move things along.
Justice delayed is justice denied - let's do this thing.
