btw, did you know synthetic diamonds are fine for jewelry too?
oh and also, did you know synthetic diamonds are absolutely fine for tools too?
oh uh btw, did you know most tool shoppers (im thinking mostly about wire makers) think natural diamonds are best for making tools from them? while tool makers insist (but not with too much vigor), since it's a naturally occuring mineral it's actually the synthetic ones that usually are with less faults... so uh yeah, both tool and jewelry shoppers want natural diamonds because they have been lied to. and who profits the most? of course! diamond merchants like de beers XD
used to work for a toolmaker
and dont get me started on the certification process... it's a joke. there is no way to guarantee there was no corruption involved with the stones you are wearing, so any one might or might not be a blood diamond :(
but not with synthetic ones. thats just loads of energy and some source of carbon. so maybe get a cheaper ring and leave the ultra hard materials for the industry...
is this gatekeeping natural diamonds? i just think it's kind of a waste to mine for them...
