Almost like an attempt for PoS. Not Zi read somewhere awhile back that said that even a government who accumulates Bitcoin will be subject to it's underlying value system which is that they will need to invest it where it gains a return on it, which is from those who own it... and since that money will be free to move where value is, the power is given back to those holding it. Satoshi didn't just give us freedom for money, but a new consensus mechanism. You could say that it is the next evolutionary step to democracy.
