I also received the same plea deal again, or rather, “diversion agreement.” They want me to plead guilty and do 16hrs of community service which would expunge my charges. It’s tempting to avoid this headache, but I’m not pleading guilty to something I didn’t do. I know some others got the same offer and a handful of people took the plea but there’s still a decent amount of people fighting their charges. This is separate from student disciplinary hearings and punishment for students who were arrested on campus
